DESCRIPTION:<p>The Institute for Civility is a non-profit\, non-partisan o
 rganization specializing in creating space for open\, respectful dialogue 
 regarding &ldquo\;government\, schools\, and other areas&rdquo\; that affe
 ct communities. Executive Director Carolyn Zasada and other members of the
  Institute staff will talk about the goals and importance of the organizat
 ion in DeKalb and surrounding areas.</p>\n<p>Snacks and refreshments will 
 be provided. Box lunches are welcome and encouraged!</p>\n<p>This free eve
 nt is part of the America 250 initiative\; celebrating our nation througho
 ut the year. &nbsp\;Registration is not required. Intended for teens and a
