 le to meet with individuals or families in person or by phone to assess ne
 eds\, provide information and resources\, and assist with making referrals
  for additional support or services.</p>\n<p>&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>We now offer 
 drop-in availability! Visit Study Room 5 at Oak Creek Public Library on se
 lect Wednesday afternoons to meet with our Case Manager\, no appointment r
 equired. Walk-ins welcome!</p>\n<p>&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Case Manager focus area
