 nd in 1937. Her parents were forced out of Germany in the mid 1930s\, a co
 untry where the family roots went back 300 years and moved to Amsterdam\, 
 the Netherlands. Her story is the Anne Frank story....with a happy ending.
  She went into hiding with her parents and survived. She immigrated to the
  United States at the age of ten\, and has been a 50 year resident of Sout
 hfield. She is proud to give back to this incredible country.\n\nWednesday
