DESCRIPTION:<p>Genesee County Parks is excited to once again team up with 
 the Crim to host the Halloween Hustle 5K and Kids&rsquo\; Trick-or-Trot in
 side the historic Crossroads Village! This festive fall event is part of o
 ur Ghosts &amp\; Goodies season and promises plenty of fun before\, during
 \, and after the race. Don&rsquo\;t forget your costumes&mdash\;they&rsquo
 \;re highly encouraged!</p>\n<p>Runners and walkers can take on the 5K cou
 rse\, winding through our decorated historic village on a mix of improved 
 dirt roads. Kids can join the fun right after with the &frac14\; or &frac1
 2\; mile Trick-or-Trot youth race. All finishers will receive a 4&rdquo\; 
 Crossroads Village&ndash\;inspired medal and a special edition hat\, with 
 shirts available as an add-on. Participants will also enjoy on-course aid\
 , seasonal finish line refreshments\, and a post-race beverage tent for th
 ose 21 and older. Plus\, with paid park admission\, you&rsquo\;ll get to t
 ake a free ride on the carousel after the race!</p>\n<p>We&rsquo\;ll be aw
 arding top finishers in both running and walking divisions by age group&md
 ash\;and of course\, we&rsquo\;ll have special awards for the best costume
 s in several fun categories.</p>
