 fe was like living at Fort Michilimackinac in the 1700s. Learn what really
  happened in Chief Pontiac's Rebellion and the resulting massacre of the B
 ritish garrison on June 2nd\, 1763. A bloody attack by the Ojibwe tribe\, 
 it was encouraged by the French to rid the area of British troops and infl
 uence. Today\, we associate the area with fudge\, t-shirts and carriage ri
 des\; tonight's program however\, will prove there's a whole lot more to t
 his historical area. No registration needed.</p>
