Presenter Kathleen Marcaccio has given talks on Gone wi th the Wind for over 30 years. She covers author Margaret Mitchell an d how she came to write the novel\, its journey to publication and becomin g a bestseller\, how David O. Selznick acquired the film rights and produc ed a blockbuster\, as well as its reception in Michigan upon its initial r elease. Along with her lecture\, Marcaccio will bring a selection of vinta ge and contemporary Gone with the Wind memorabilia to share with the audience.

Registration is required and begins March 3. \;Bloomfield Township residents have one week of priorit y registration before registration opens to all. \;
