DESCRIPTION:<p>For kids in grades 4-8:&nbsp\;The Ferndale Library and Affi
 rmations co-host a social club/book club for kids\, tweens/teens\, meeting
  on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm in the library's program r
 oom.<br /><br /></p>\n<p>This is a social hour that includes a book discus
 sion. Each month\, attendees have the chance to read and then discuss a se
 lected book at the Reading Rainbow.<br /><br /></p>\n<p>Kids don't have to
  have finished (or even started) the book to attend the Reading Rainbow\; 
 the rest of the hour is free time dedicated to socializing/crafting/hangin
 g out together.<br /><br /></p>\n<p>Drop-ins are always welcome!&nbsp\;<br
  /><br /></p>\n<p>You can pick up a copy of this month's book at the Fernd
 ale Library or place a hold online.&nbsp\;<br /><br /></p>\n<p>On Tues.\, 
 April 28\, we'll be discussing <em>Athele is Agender </em>by Katherine Loc
 ke: Athlete can mean anyone.\"Part memoir\, part manifesto\" ( Booklist ) 
 this book revels in the achievements of strong\, passionate\, and determin
 ed LGBTQ+ athletes across every age\, level\, and field of sports.</p>\n<p
