DESCRIPTION:<p>For kids in grades 4-8:&nbsp\;The Ferndale Library and Affi
 rmations co-host a social club/book club for kids\, tweens/teens\, meeting
  on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm in the library's program r
 oom.<br /><br /></p>\n<p>This is a social hour that includes a book discus
 sion. Each month\, attendees have the chance to read and then discuss a se
 lected book at the Reading Rainbow.<br /><br /></p>\n<p>Kids don't have to
  have finished (or even started) the book to attend the Reading Rainbow\; 
 the rest of the hour is free time dedicated to socializing/crafting/hangin
 g out together.<br /><br /></p>\n<p>Drop-ins are always welcome!&nbsp\;<br
  /><br /></p>\n<p>You can pick up a copy of this month's book at the Fernd
 ale Library or place a hold online.&nbsp\;<br /><br /></p>\n<p>On Tues.\, 
 May 26\, we'll be discussing&nbsp\;<em>The Girl from the Sea</em> by Molly
  Knox Ostertag: From the author of The Witch Boytrilogy comes a graphic no
 vel about family and first love. Fifteen-year-old Morgan has a secret\, sh
 e dreams of kissing another girl. Then one night\, Morgan is saved from dr
 owning by a mysterious girl named Keltie. As the girls start to fall in lo
 ve\, will what they're hiding come to the surface?</p>\n<p>&nbsp\;</p>\n<p
