  movement in these classes which are perfect for beginners and all levels.
  We recommend you bring a blanket or towel\, but the studio can loan you a
 ny other props you need\, even a mat. This class is for adults (ages 14+).
  Space is limited and registration is required for this free class\, start
 ing September 8 at 1pm.</p>
