Women embody felt wisdom and spontaneous nurturance. From t his comes their power to generate peace and healing. However\, women often give this to others and neglect ourselves. This monthly group\, offering experiential exercises of mindfulness\, sensory awareness\, movement\, and sitting in circle\, will guide us to rest in\, to listen to\, and to deri ve strength from each other's precious power. We will explore our masculin e as well as feminine energies. This group will give participants an oppor tunity to deeply relax and nourish essential self-care skills\, providing space to support and cultivate compassionate activity for oneself and othe rs. In nurturing our sacred ground of embodied presence and power\, we wil l enable ourselves to wisely choose our offerings of presence and power to our world.
