The Eaton Rapids Area District Library is partnering with t he VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) Program to bring free\, IRS-cert ified tax preparation services directly to our community through the VITA Mobile Tax Unit.

Trained tax preparers will be on-site to help eli gible households file their taxes and claim important credits\, including the Earned Income Tax Credit\, Home Heating Credit\, and Homestead Propert y Tax Credit. Households earning up to $69\,000 may qualify for free tax p reparation.
