DESCRIPTION:<p>The theme for this month is <strong>Holiday Hodge-Podge</st
 rong>! We will choose your book based only on your questionnaire!&nbsp\;</
 p>\n<p>Welcome to our Young Adult Subscription (or YAS!) Boxes! These are 
 monthly subscription boxes that will include a surprise library book chose
 n based on the theme and your questionnaire that you will return\, plus go
 odies that you get to keep! We will have 4 spots available for 6th - 12th 
 graders. Sign-ups will start on the 1st of each month through Local Hop.</
 p>\n<p>You will have until the 7th to fill out your questionnaire. Boxes w
 ill be available to pick up from the 16th to the 21st!</p>\n<p><span style
 =\"text-decoration: underline\;\"><strong>You will receive a notification 
 when your box is ready.&nbsp\;</strong></span></p>\n<p>Remember\, we only 
 have 4 spots available so be watching Local Hop on the first of each month
 !</p>\n<p>Rules of Participation:<br />This questionnaire must be filled o
 ut and submitted by the 7th of the month&nbsp\;<br />Participants must be 
 in 6th - 12th grades only.<br />You must fill out the review cards to be e
 ligible to participate in future months. Please turn these in by the 20th 
 of the next month! (The Patron Recommendation sheets are optional if you r
 eally loved a book!)<br />You must return the books by the due date or ren
 ew on time to be eligible to participate in future months.&nbsp\;<br />You
  can not receive a box 2 months in a row.&nbsp\;<br />You or your adult mu
 st have a library card in good standing at the time of pick up.&nbsp\;</p>
