 ttend with children ages 10 and up as long as a caregiver is present.</p>\
 n<p>Due to the popularity of library programs in the summer and a limitati
 on on space\, registration opens on July 1 for GPL resident cardholders. &
 nbsp\;All other card types will be able to register beginning July 15th.<b
