  County Parks and Rec\, to learn how to get started on your birding journe
 y. We&rsquo\;ll practice using binoculars\, field guides\, and how to iden
 tify birds. Please dress for the weather as this program will include an o
 utdoor hike on the Library grounds. Binoculars will be available\, but fee
