DESCRIPTION:<p>Recharge and reconnect at this wellness-focused roundtable 
 designed specifically for library staff. Set in the calming environment of
  a local metropark\, this interactive session combines a brief\, science-b
 ased presentation on stress reduction with guided peer discussion about th
 e unique challenges of librarianship today. Participants will have the opp
 ortunity to share experiences\, exchange practical strategies\, and develo
 p a personalized plan for managing stress and supporting their well-being.
  The session may also include an optional outdoor walk to help restore foc
 us and energy. Leave feeling refreshed\, supported\, and equipped with rea
 listic tools you can use right away. This Roundtable is facilitated by Kar
 la Snyder\, NORWELD Continuing Education Coordinator\, wellness advocate a
