DESCRIPTION:<p><strong><em>Registration opens on September 17!</em></stron
 g></p>\n<p><strong><em>What's a sound bath?&nbsp\;</em></strong></p>\n<p>A
  sound bath weaves together the resonant tones of Tibetan singing bowls\, 
 crystal singing bowls and gong sounds to create a powerful\, immersive exp
 erience. Sarah Domin\, owner of Four Directions Alchemy in Ludington\, wil
 l lead this musical meditation. She incorporates a collection of unique ha
 ndheld instruments to create a unique and relaxing soundscape.&nbsp\;</p>\
 n<p><strong>Reservations are required. </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Please se
 e the following instructions from presenter Sarah Domlin:&nbsp\;</strong><
 /p>\n<p>\"This is a group event. For your comfort\, please bring any combi
 nation of the following: a yoga mat\, blankets\, pillows\, bolster\, warm 
 socks\, and an eye mask to create a cozy \"nest\" to fully relax and enjoy
  the experience.</p>\n<p><br />There is no such thing as too much\, practi
 ce building your sound bath \"nest\" at home to see what you will need to 
 be comfortable for an hour of limited movement. I want you to have the bes
 t possible experience.</p>\n<p>It's recommended to avoid alcohol and other
  substances for at least 24 hours before and after the sound bath.</p>\n<p
 ><br />Note-worthy: an eye mask can help to block out extra sensory input\
 , allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the sound and vibration. You w
 ill get cold\, bring a warm blanket (everyone gets cold\, even during warm
  weather).\"<br />&nbsp\;</p>\n<p><strong>If the floor is not for you\, fo
 lding chairs will be available at the event space.&nbsp\;</strong></p>\n<p
