 t appointments on Tuesdays from 11 AM-2 PM for adult applicants. &nbsp\;Ap
 plicants must arrive prepared with their completed DS-11 applications\, al
 l necessary documentation\, and payment for the State Department and libra
 ry. &nbsp\;Appointments will be on a first come\, first served basis. &nbs
 p\; The library does offer passport photo services for an additional $10 f
 ee. &nbsp\; All forms and information on acceptable IDs\, proof of citizen
 ship\, fees\, and photo requirements can be found at travel.state.gov. &nb
