DESCRIPTION:<p>Feeling overwhelmed\, anxious\, or just mentally stretched 
 thin? You&rsquo\;re not alone\, and you don&rsquo\;t have to navigate it w
 ithout support. Prioritizing our mental health is a vital part of self-car
 e\, especially when anxiety and other challenges show up in our daily live
 s.</p>\n<p>Visit White Lake Community Library on Wednesday\, December 3\, 
 5:30-7pm for a session of sound bathing presented by HealthWest. Sound bat
 hing invites you to lie down or sit still\, close your eyes\, and listen t
 o resonant sounds produced by various instruments. These gentle vibrations
  help participants relax\, practice stillness\, and focus. Scientifically\
 , sound baths have shown potential benefits\, including reduced tension\, 
 anxiety\, and increased emotional wellness.</p>\n<p>Participants are encou
 raged to wear comfortable clothes and bring their own yoga mat or blanket.
  (Chairs will be available for those with limited mobility.)</p>\n<p>Regis
