\nDo I need to bring a dish to pass? \;
\nNo. While we welcome book club members to bring a sample of a dish from a cook book fitting the month's theme\, it is not required.
\nIf I don't br ing a dish\, can I still sample other dishes?
\nYes. This isn't a po tluck\, just a gathering of home cooks sharing their experiences with cook books or cooking the foods of that month's theme.
\nDoes a recipe or dish need to be from a cookbook dedicated to the month's theme?
\nN o. Recipes can come from sections of cookbooks dedicated to the month's th eme or could be a great family recipe you would like to share.
\nDo I need to do a formal review of the cookbook I read?
\nNo. This isn' t a book report club 😉. This is a casual gathering of cooks who want to h elp each other improve their kitchen skills and add to their recipe boxes. \;
\nIf I bring a slow cooker\, will there be an outlet availab le to plug it in?
\nWe will do our best to make outlets available fo r slow cookers and other devices as needed.
