 nagement consultant who began her library career in circulation roles befo
 re earning a library degree and has been a reference librarian\, technolog
 y librarian\, library manager\, and library director. After more than 14 y
 ears in academic libraries\, she turned her experience into Yazdani Consul
 ting and Facilitation\, where she helps mission-driven organizations lead 
 more impactful projects\, teams\, and planning. &nbsp\;</p>\n<p>&nbsp\;</p
 >\n<p>Jami holds an MLIS and a master's degree in Technology Management an
 d is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Disciplined Agi
 le Scrum Master (DASM). She is also the founder of Consultants for Librari
 es\, a community directory of consultants working in libraries\, museums\,
