  Center the second Saturday of every month for Building with the Lions. Yo
 u can build creations using LEGO blocks and other construction materials. 
 Your creations will be displayed in the Children's Library. This program i
 s facilitated by the Johnson City Lions Club.</p>\n<p>&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Sept
 ember's program is a very special Building Day! The Lions Club will provid
 e children ages 12 and under with vision screenings\, prizes for the best 
 LEGO build\, and a photo op with the Lion mascot. Drop in between 10:30 a.
 m.-1 p.m.</p>
