 stressed and/or you want to get the most out of your day and start living 
 in a more positive way. This mindfulness workshop will be a series where w
 e will explore different aspects of mindfulness and how you can integrate 
 it into your daily life. This month we will be taking in all the natural b
 eauty on a nature hike and learning how mindfulness can help us slow down 
 and enjoy the beauty of the world around us. We will be meeting at the Bee
 ch Hemlock Trail on Lakeshore Dr in Manistee.</p>\n<p>This is an adult pro
