  know what to do with? Bring your assorted ephemera (stickers\, greeting c
 ards\, receipts\, tickets\, postcards\, etc.) for a session of gratitude j
 unk journaling: the laid-back version of traditional journaling and scrapb
 ooking that serves as a visual reminder of things you&rsquo\;re thankful f
 or.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Participants are encouraged to bring their own journali
 ng supplies and materials. Journals\, supplies\, and extra ephemeral items
