  \"A Winter Dream\"\, a recently premiered documentary about a Special Oly
 mpics floor hockey team that played in World Games in Nagano\, Japan.</p>\
 n<p data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\">&nbsp\;</p>\n<p data-rte-preserve-emp
 ty=\"true\">In 2005\, a determined and spirited floor hockey squad from We
 stchester\, New York earned their biggest opportunity yet\, to compete in 
 the Special Olympics World Winter Games in Nagano\, Japan\, representing t
 he United States. A team from the special needs program\, Northeast Specia
 l Recreation had played many great tournaments on the local and state leve
 ls\, which earned them a spot to compete in these games. Many of these ath
 letes faced numerous personal challenges throughout their lives\, as well 
 as going into the World Winter Games. The team trained rigorously in the m
 onths leading up to the international competition. With long travel days a
 nd the pressure of competition\, the World Games proved to be their bigges
 t challenge yet - their dreams of winning the gold medal hung in the balan
