 lizes in Asian Fusion cuisine with a flair from southeast Asia and other c
 ultures. Owner and Executive Chef Tom Lin\, is a restaurateur\, culinary i
 nstructor\, and Television Celebrity Chef. Inspired by his appearance on t
 his season’s The Great Food Truck Race (on the Food Network)\, Tom purchas
 ed a food truck and expanded on his Fortunecooking Brand. \n\nEveryone is 
 welcome! \n\n*We have asked the food truck to come prepared and allow time
  for setup. This will help with wait times and long lines. Official servin
 g time starts at 12:00 pm.
