DESCRIPTION:<p>Local film maker and puppeteer Clay Achee is&nbsp\;partneri
 ng up with your Library to bring FREE filmmaking summer camps to teens age
 s 13 and up! Students will learn the basics of video production\, includin
 g design\, storyboarding\, production\, post-production\, effects\, and mo
 re through the hands-on process of creating a video under the guidance of 
 an experienced local filmmaker. The final projects from each camp will pre
 miere on July 30th at 6PM at the Main Library in the large auditorium. Lim
 ited to 15 per camp\, registration opens May 1st. We&rsquo\;re hosting cam
 ps at 6 of our locations this year. Teens may only sign up for one week-lo
