 residents save money and energy through the Home Energy Savings Program. R
 epresentative Tori Woolbright will host an informational booth in the libr
 ary&rsquo\;s main lobby on this initiative and how to sign up for a free a
 ssessment.</p>\n<p>&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>A free Home Energy Savings Assessment w
 ill analyze energy use in your home and identify opportunities to save ene
 rgy and money. With the assessment\, you will receive a custom report and 
 free energy saving products that include:</p>\n<p>&nbsp\;</p>\n<ul>\n<li>S
 mart Thermostats&nbsp\;</li>\n<li>Programmable thermostats&nbsp\;</li>\n<l
 i>WaterSense certified showerheads&nbsp\;</li>\n<li>WaterSense certified f
