DESCRIPTION:<p>Ros Kish-Levine is a multimedia artist with a focus in prin
 tmaking. They recently graduated from Oberlin College with BA in studio ar
 t and are currently based in Sharon CT. They are interested in the lenses 
 we see and create through &mdash\;how the world around us is transformed b
 y perception and then again by creation. As a printmaker they work with re
 producible media\, creating multiples of the same image that are different
 iated through the process of printing. By combining print with other mater
 ials their work highlights where binaries such as 2D and 3D intersect. The
 y aim to blur distinctions and draw connections through the repetition and
  abstraction of forms. Much of their current work focuses on the overlap a
 nd contradiction between &lsquo\;nature&rsquo\; and &lsquo\;culture.&rsquo
 \;</p>
