DESCRIPTION:<p>Calling all Artists! Bring your mad editing skills to life 
 and create a new Mod-style book cover for your favorite book! The winning 
 design(s) will be awarded a gift card prize and library swag with the winn
 ing book cover(s).</p>\n<p>&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Mod-style can be defined as &ld
 quo\;less is more&rdquo\;\, with clean\, simple lines\, geometric influenc
 es\, and a limited color palette. Sometimes referred to as Mid-Century\, M
 id-Mod Design\, or Retro.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contest is open to all teens\, ag
 e 12-18. Teen is not required to be a TAB member to submit design.</li>\n<
 li>Teen Advisory Board (TAB) members will vote on design contest winners. 
 Best of luck!</li>\n<li>Entries will be accepted anytime between March 4 t
 hrough April 4\, 2024 &amp\; are limited to 5 submissions per person.</li>

 dobe\, however\, designs from all creative studios are accepted provided t
 hey can be submitted using the following guidelines:</p>\n<p><strong>Front
  Cover Parameters</strong></p>\n<p>Include title of book and author name.<
 /p>\n<p>Back cover design not required.</p>\n<p>Keep text from being too c
 lose to edge.</p>\n<p><strong>Digital File Parameters</strong></p>\n<p>Pre
 ferred file types: .jpeg or .png.</p>\n<p>Image size should be 1410 x 2250
  px.</p>\n<p>Digital cover art/photos must be at least 300 dpi or vector a
 rt.</p>\n<p>Avoid enlarging photos.</p>\n<p>RGB (best for digital) color m
 ode.</p>\n<p><strong>Unacceptable Content</strong></p>\n<p>AI generated bo
 ok covers.</p>\n<p>Print copies.</p>\n<p>Low resolution images.</p>\n<p>Im
 ages/photos from the internet\, as these images are often copyright protec
 ted.</p>
