DESCRIPTION:<p>Read &amp\; Romp storytime is designed for active preschool
 ers around ages 19-36 months and their caregivers. The program lasts 20 mi
 nutes\, and consists of shorter stories\, songs\, and rhymes. Read &amp\; 
 Romp meets at 10:30 a.m. on the following Wednesdays and Thursdays: April 
 9-10*\, 16-17\, 23-24\, and 30\, as well as May 1. The program is held out
 doors in King Commons Natural Adventure Area** across the street from the 
 Library.</p>\n<p>&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>*On April 9 and 10\, we will have a speci
 al storytime focusing on seed stories and natural conservation in collabor
 ation with ARC&amp\;D. Appalachian Resource Conservation &amp\; Developmen
 t Council is a 501(c)3 nonprofit serving the 6-county region of Northeast
